Next week we kick off a new series of daily Bible Thoughts. It is a themed study on how we relate to God in our places of work, and what we might expect to see God doing around us when we are there.
Week 1 will be about "Why did God create work for me?" - if you're not loving work right now, and aren't totally enthusiastic about work as you are about worship, for example, don't worry. That's where we all start, and there are reasons for this which we will explore. But there is also good news - God is a worker, and made us in his image, and gifts us with satisfaction in work if we know how to find it...
The following weeks will be on "How do I live for God?", "What does God want me to do?" and "How do I serve the people around me?".
If we study what the Bible says about work, I think that God's perspective will change us. It's all about who God has made us to BE, not just the stuff we have to DO.

I am looking forward to studying and discussing it all with you!
