Every Anglican church has a Parochial Church Council (PCC). This has the legal right and duty to govern the financial affairs of the church. It is responsible for the care and maintenance of the church building and its goods and ornaments, co-operating with the vicar in promoting the whole mission of the church. It is elected by the church membership at the church's Annual General Meeting.

On this page, you can find a record of Pip n Jay PCC's meetings and decisions. For more information, see this page about our church leadership or, for specific PCC queries, contact PCC Secretary Duncan Wakelin.

At its Annual General Meeting (AGM), the church elects people to serve in various roles. Here are the results for this year:

Church wardens

There were two nominations for two posts, so no election was required. The wardens this year will be Bern Leckie and Simon Thorne.

Deanery Synod

There were four nominations for four posts, so again no election was required. The church's representatives at the City Deanery Synod will be John Goodgame, Jill Kells, Bern Leckie and Andrew Macpherson.

Parochial Church Council (PCC)

Two places were reserved for under-25s; Ashley Haggan and Andrew Stansbury were elected. People serving in certain roles are automatically on the PCC, and the rest was elected as normal.
